CryptoWallet IRA, Inc. is in the business of facilitating the ownership of cryptocurrencies, and not the purchase and sale of cryptocurrencies.  CryptoWallet IRA, Inc. is not a licensed investment or financial advisor, and does not provide financial planning or financial advice.  The sale and purchase of cryptocurrencies is a very speculative investment, involving high risks, and is not suitable for all investors.  The use, transfer, exchange, and value of cryptocurrencies may be affected by government action or inaction, availability and demand (actual or perceived), value of market sentiments, political events, economic reports, popular culture, etc.  The volatility of the value of cryptocurrencies may lead to significant losses over a short period of time and may even lead to a total loss of their value.
